One of the prime objectives of the International capoeira Society is to promote all aspects of the Brazilian culture together with the artform of Capoeira.

There are hundreds of Capoeira associations all over the world doing great work in the promotion and development of Capoeira. However, the International Capoeira Society chooses to affiliate themselves with the select few that are working for more than just the development of Capoeira but for the Brazilian culture as a whole.

Over time as more associations become affiliated with the International Capoeira Society the network of events and competitions will grow beyond the borders of the China countries into a worldwide federation.
